When More is More: Triangulating Data Sources to Optimize HIV/AIDS and other Public Health Program Performance

Session Date: April 23, 2021

Session Description: Health programs operate in complex, adaptive health systems that reside in even broader sociodemographic, cultural, and economic systems. As such, analyzing program performance alongside other factors might yield important findings that can be used to improve how well programs identify, treat, support, and retain people across the continuum of care for HIV/AIDS and beyond. This session will show how we have integrated multiple, diverse datasets with programmatic data, epidemiologic, and sociodemographic data to: - Examine spatial relationships among data - Identify relationships across multiple actors in a health system - Give program managers a rapid, automated way to track program performance and make program adjustments in near real time
