Saving Children’s Lives in Tanzania and India
The American Heart Association has launched Saving Children’s Lives, a program that aims to reduce childhood mortality in resource-limited settings by increasing healthcare access and quality for children. This is a health systems quality improvement program focused at district hospital and community health center levels.
The AHA will share its experience in implementing the Saving Children’s Lives program in Tanzania and India. We will also be sharing updates on curriculum design and the establishment of a clinical information network with other stakeholders in a geographic region (East Africa)
