The 2021 Global Health Science and Practice Technical Exchange (GHTechX) is going virtual!

While a virtual forum will feel different than gathering at the GW Marvin Center, an in-person event is not possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. The shift to a multi-day, online event will also serve to support the participation of even more attendees and voices in global health. As always, there is no cost to register for the GHTechX.

Organizers are hard at work designing a new, digital format to expand participation while maintaining the cutting-edge technical updates, energizing environment, and global health knowledge exchange that are integral to the event.

Stay tuned for updates about the virtual platform, session formats, and digital networking.

On this page, you can find information about the key aspects of the 2021 event.

Session Proposals

Session proposals will remain open through January 29, 2021. Everyone is eligible to submit a proposal for a session at the forum.

Sessions should be innovative, engaging, and fit within the thematic areas of the forum. Session proposals will be scored by a panel of technical reviewers to determine whether they are accepted. Click the link below for further information about session criteria and process.
